Service Hub

SAP serves as a unified access hub for SMS, USSD, Voice, Charging, and Promotion services. Based on simple APIs provided by SAP, third-party applications can quickly access carriers‘ networks and eventually achieve flexible service deployment. At the same time, SAP also provides common marketing functions such as mass SMS, mass USSD, cloud call center, and S@T push. CPs/SPs can login directly to the SAP system and use these capabilities without any additional software/hardware required.

Specifically, in the Nigerian market, SAP already has the capability of doing the integration with most carriers‘ interface protocols. This means that SP/CPs can switch their services to SAP without any software customization upgrade. At the same time, SAP has strong security and performance management capabilities. SAP will provide telecommunication ability for the increasingly vigorous mobile Internet applications and become a bridge between telecom operators and the emerging mobile Internet.
