Loan Service

Loan service is to provide the mobile user with the ability to apply for credit while running out of credit or being unable to find a place to purchase a scratch card for top-up. The new credit can be used for airtime, SMS, data, and any Value Added Service which is provided by Mobile Operator.

How does it work?

There are 3 Options for Mobile Users to use this service:

1-Subscription

The System will in real-time detect the account balance of MCS subscribers. The new credit will be added to the user account automatically when their balance goes below the predefined threshold.

2-Get it as you need

While a mobile user tries to make a voice call, send an SMS, or do any other service with insufficient balance. The service flow will be redirected to MCS platform and guide the user to apply for mobile credit.

3-Manually Request

SMS: e.g. Send 5 to 123 to get N5 credit and recharged to the user account.
USSD: Dial *123*10# to get N10 credit and recharged to the user account.
